PURPOSE

Inventory by Aerial photographs of the damage due to the earthquake of 25 January 1999 in the arrea of Armenia and Pereira, Colombia. Aerial photographs with limited ground observations were used to make an inventory in a short time of the damage and the reasons for the damage of the areas hit by the earthquake.
